Cindy, I LOVE the idea that you are going to do this with me! I hurt my back yesterday giving the dog a bath but I really wanted to still do my workout today, including my plank. A friend in real life told me to do it with my arms straight and my hands flat on the ground...that made it really manageable. So keep me posted on how the planking is going. I did get mine in today, in addition to a 4 mile walk in 60 minutes, 3x20 crunches, 3x15 10lb bicep curls, 3x10 tricep "thingies," held a wall sit for maybe 20 seconds....omg that was torture, but I want to obviously increase that time, and some marching for my abs. Now I just to need to do it all again tomorrow! Monday is always a good day for me, a new beginning and all of that. LOL
I can do four minutes before I get the shakes. There was a former Navy Seal who did a 30 minute plank at the gym. His whole body was vibrating at the end.
